In Antigua, Guatemala, we offer half-day tours of the city. Tour includes door-to-door pick-up from your hotel to visit the Central Plaza, Cathedral Church and some of the most important ruins such as Capuchinas, San Francisco el Grande and Santa Clara.

Volcano Pacaya

Just 47.5 kilometers from Guatemala City is the most provigil active and beautiful volcanic complex in Central America, “The National Park Pacaya Volcano and Laguna de Calderas”.

In addition to the Volcan de Fuego, Pacaya Volcano is one of the most tramadol active that records the history of our region, because in 1524 (time of the Conquest) there are references to constant eruptions.


Safe Volcano HikeSafe Volcano Hike to Pacaya

Enjoy private transportation from Antigua to the Pacaya Volcano National Park entrance, in an air conditioned vehicle with comfortable seats and seat belts, to begin the 1 1/2 hour hike up Pacaya.  Watch the release of smoke from the volcano and observe the effects of recent eruptions.  The Entrance Fee, which is included in the price of the tour, is used for conservation efforts, management, and development of the park.

Tour of Volcano Pacaya departs from Antigua twice per day.  The first leaves at 6:00 AM, and the second at 2:00 PM.  In all cases, be sure t

o wear comfortable and practical footwear.  A light jacket or windbreaker is advised for the 2:00 PM tour.  For the 2:00 PM tour, we also recommend bringing a flashlight or headlamp–as it sometimes gets dark toward the end of the hike.
