1.) Do guests have to pay extra to use the internet?

No.  Our guests enjoy unlimited wifi access, at no additional charge.

2.) Can meals be made vegetarian or vegan?

Yes.  Our family is experienced in preparing meatless and vegan meals.  We ask that guests notify us in advance.

3.)  What kind of vehicle is used for ground transportation?

For collective tours and private tours we use a 15 passanger van with air conditioning, comfortable seats, and seatbelts.

4.) How many hours is the drive online pharmacy from Panajachel to Antigua?

It takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to drive erectile dysfunction from Panajachel to Antigua.

5.) How many hours is the drive from Guatemala City to Panajachel?

Direct transportation from Guatemala City to Panajachel is approximately 3 1/2 hours.  For collective transportation, the route is approximately 4 1/2 hours.

6.) How long is the drive from Guatemala City to Flores (Tikal), and what kind of bus is used?

The drive from Guatemala City to Flores is approximately 10 hours and we use the Linea Dorada overnight bus (air-conditioned, with comfortable seats and 2 drivers).

7.) During which time(s) of year can tours be booked?

Tours can be booked anytime, but the zipline tour is not recommended for the rainy season.

8.) What happens if the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or unsafe terrain?

The tour will be rescheduled.  Alternatively, a different tour can be chosen.

9.) What is your policy for tour cancellation?

To cancel a tour, we require 24 hours advance notice and keep the deposit.
